Inventory, Pricing, and Specifications
We attempt to provide accurate inventory information, photographs, descriptions, specifications, mileage, equipment, options, prices, and availability. Errors, omissions, delays, and data-feed inaccuracies may occur. Inventory may be sold, transferred, removed, or changed without notice.
Photographs may show optional equipment, accessories, manufacturer examples, prior configurations, or colors that differ from the item offered. Confirm the condition, specifications, included equipment, price, warranty, and availability directly with Valder’s Vehicles before purchasing.
Valder’s Vehicles may correct typographical, pricing, description, mileage, equipment, or availability errors and may refuse or cancel a transaction based on materially inaccurate website information, subject to applicable law.
Taxes, Registration, and Other Charges
Unless expressly included in a signed written agreement, displayed prices may exclude sales tax, title charges, registration and license fees, filing fees, lien fees, documentation charges, delivery charges, installation charges, optional products, accessories, service contracts, insurance products, and other transaction-specific charges.

Financing, Leasing, and Alternative Ownership Programs

Valder’s Vehicles does not guarantee approval or any particular annual percentage rate, interest rate, payment, down payment, term, loan amount, fee, ownership provision, or program availability.
Rates, terms, fees, collateral requirements, insurance requirements, membership requirements, model-year restrictions, and approval criteria may vary and may change without notice. The final written agreements and required transaction disclosures control.
Third-party lenders and program providers independently maintain their applications, agreements, disclosures, privacy notices, eligibility standards, and approval decisions.
Credit Authorization
Viewing this website, submitting a general inquiry, requesting pricing, or contacting Valder’s Vehicles does not, by itself, authorize Valder’s Vehicles or another party to obtain your consumer report.
Any authorization to obtain a consumer or credit report must be provided through the applicable credit application or another legally sufficient authorization process.
Trade-Ins
Online, telephone, or preliminary trade-in values are estimates only. A final trade allowance is subject to inspection, ownership and title verification, lien and payoff verification, condition, mileage, equipment, history, market conditions, and acceptance by Valder’s Vehicles.
Deposits and Reservations
A deposit, reservation, or payment is governed by the written terms provided for that particular transaction. Unless Valder’s Vehicles expressly confirms otherwise in writing, a website inquiry or request for information does not reserve inventory.
Warranties and Vehicle Condition
Manufacturer warranties, dealer warranties, service contracts, and other coverage apply only as stated in their respective written documents. Descriptions of warranty coverage on this website are summaries and do not replace the applicable written warranty.
Used vehicles and trailers may be sold with limited warranty coverage or without a dealer warranty, as disclosed in the applicable transaction documents and as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
